What Do You Teach At Camp?
At camp students are trained in Leadership, Apologetics, and Worldviews. They are immersed in the core essentials of Christian teaching and how it compares to other belief systems. Please see our worldview page and for doctrinal questions and our Key Concepts for the heart of the curriculum we teach at camp.
Check-In & Depart Camp
Check-in opens at 2pm and runs until 2.30pm on Sunday. Departure is at 12.30 noon (before lunch) on Friday. Parents, please join us on Friday at 9:30 am for the last session with the students followed by a brief parent meeting at 11am to discuss the major highlights and moments of camp.
Use Of Phones/Electronics
Student Mobile phones are not allowed at camp – no exceptions. Mobile phones are not to be brought by students, they need to be left with parents at check in. However, students may use the camp phone to call home in an emergency. Parents must authorise calls to anyone other than immediate family. All electronics (recording equipment, mp3 players, cell phones, laptops, tablets, e-readers, etc.) are prohibited at camp.
Safe Campus
We take very seriously the safety and welfare of your student while they are at camp. Consequently, we conduct a search the first evening of camp, and if prohibited items are found they will be collected, and returned to the student at the end of camp. There will also be a safety briefing during camp orientation outlining emergency procedures.
